The system separates oil and water in stages to discharge treated water with an oil content of 15ppm or less.
01Primary Stage
Gravity separation allows components to settle according to their density, removing larger incoming matter in the primary stage and collecting oil at the top.
02Coalescing Stage
A urethane coalescer combines fine oil droplets, maximizing their rise rate for removal.
03Final Treatment
A specialized treatment unit removes emulsified oil in the final stage, discharging treated water with an oil content below 15ppm.
